About Victim Support

Victim Support is an independent charity that offers support to anyone impacted by crime whether or not the crime has been reported and regardless of when it happened.

Services Provided:

We provide telephone or face-to-face support, information on the victim’s case and the legal proceedings, relevant signposting to other support agencies, help with compensation and we also help with securing the victim’s home.

Under the age of 18 years we can provide support through the victim’s parents/guardians.


Under 5s, Young People, Families (We directly support persons over the age of 18 years. Under the age of 18 years we can provide support through the victim’s parents/guardians).

Areas Covered:

Wiltshire & Swindon (but national coverage as a national organisation).

How are services accessed?

Through our national number – 0808 1689111 or through email on a specific form (please email/call the local office for details). Staff at the Wiltshire office can give advice to Professionals if required before they make a referral.
