About Jamie’s Farm
Jamie’s Farm acts as a catalyst for change, enabling disadvantaged young people to thrive academically, socially and emotionally. We do this through a unique residential experience and rigorous follow-up programme, combining farming, family and therapy.
Services Provided:
For vulnerable children with behavioural/self-esteem/engagement with school issues. Residential farm visits with emphasis on family, farming and therapy.
Supports:
Young People (aged 11-16 but we can work with younger or older children as well)
Areas Covered:
Wiltshire & Herefordshire
How are services accessed?
Through schools or relevant organisations such as Foster Care respite group.
