Healthwatch Wiltshire

About Healthwatch Wiltshire

We are the independent champion for people who use health and social care services in Wiltshire. We’re here to make sure that those running services put people at the heart of care.

Our sole purpose is to understand the needs, experiences and concerns of people who use health and social care services and to speak out on their behalf.

Services Provided:

For all health and social care service users. We promote the voice of the consumer in the development of health and social care strategies (children and adults); provide and promote effective signposting and information systems; promote, monitor and inspect the quality of services commissioned to meet health and social care needs; tell the Wiltshire story. We do this by talking and listening to people about their experiences of using health and social care services.
